SmartFTP not viewing all image thumbnails :(

Hi, I have been looking for an FTP file explorer that can read image thumbnails.

I tried the 30day free trial of SmartFTP not too long ago, and I liked it, except it didn't view all my pics.. and I have a bunch of pics that I want to view. For example, out of about 50 jpg pics in a folder.. it would view close to 10-20 pics instead.

I was going to buy, but I wasn't too confident in it. Was there something I could have done to the settings to fix this? If not, what other options are available out there? I've been looking at x, but I have not seen any examples of their image thumbnails.

Please respond if you can, I'll check back once a day.

Connect to the server
Go to the menu: Favorites->Favorite Properties.
Go to the Transfer dialog
Go to the Background Transfers section
Change the option from "Use Default Settings" to "Enable"
Increase the Max File Size

Hello,
I have done all the steps but fail. There is no way to get back the access to the image thumbnails.
In the image: Local to the left, remote to the right.
 
Smart FTP 6.0.2144.0 / Win 8.1 Pro / 64 bit OS.

Please do not take over an existing 3 year old thread. We have already provided support by email and concluded that the problem is not with SmartFTP.
