Hey Guys,
Just a quick one I have purchased two licenses for Smart FTP Ultimate both of which I have installed on my two work PCs. Today an issue arose when one of my colleagues logged in under her username and was unable to use Smart FTP as apparently the trial version was expired? When installing Smart FTP I installed it directly to the C drive which I thought would mean that the Smart FTP would be installed across all accounts on this PC and everyone could use the one license as the licence was per PC and not user. Would I be correct in thinking now that I need a licence key for every user on the PC or have I just set up Smart FTP wrong from the beginning? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!
