Unable to see folders when I log in via FTP

When I log into my website via FTP, i see this:

The FTP Session Control on my website says I'm logged in but: 'Idle'.

Is this a permissions issue?? Please help.

Press F5 to refresh the folder.

Tried that, still cannot see folders.

I uploaded error.png to my site:

And in my File Manager, it looks like this:

So it seems I can access just one folder. How can I make it so I can see/access all folders?

Got it working now. Very strange issue, but I ended up deleting my FTP user account and re-creating an FTP user. I typed in the details again into SmartFTP and SmartFTP is now fully working. Great software.
