Can't see Folders panel in one of my remote browsers

I have several remote browsers. All except one display two panels: a folders tree on the left and a list of files in the currently selected folder in the right panel. The exception only displays a single panel with a breadcrumb menu above -- how can I make it display a folders panel like the other browsers?
