Recently upgraded from Home version to Pro. After trying to import license key, it stated that it failed to load license key. After which, it reset my FTP client back to a trial version even though I had previously installed a paid home version.
Any thoughts on how I can rectify this issue? Is there an alternative to importing the license key? e.g. manually entering it?
