We have purchased two professional versions of the ftp client and are attempting to run the software on two Windows Server 2003 machines and we are experiencing issues.
The software installs but will not launch. The first prolem we encountered was a dialog box which read "failed to verify smartftp.exe" when we tried to launch the software. We used the Article 2649 on the site and resolved this problem.
Now when we try to run the program a dialog box opens up titled "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library". The details read: "Runtime Error! Program: The application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more informations."
We have 10 Windows 2003 Server R2 Standard machines that are the same configurations.. I have attempted to install the software on three of these machines with the same results. I installed the software on a XP machine and was successful. We are in an industrial network and have no Internet connectivity on any of the machines.
I have exported the system information from one of our machines but the info is pretty large so I just entered the general info below. I can post the whole file if needed. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
