Transfer Queue Stuck

Hello,

I have files stuck in the transfer queue and I can't find how to get them out. The start, pause and stop controls are all grayed out. If I highlight a file the remove control becomes active but the file will still not delete. The status is retry at xx:xx PM but there are no remote connections. Any ideas?

Right-click the file in the transfer queue, select "Remove" from the context menu. Alternatively, close SmartFTP and delete the %AppData%SmartFTPClient 2.0Transfer Queue.xml file
