SmartFTP Remote Editor Issues

When I use SmartFTP to edit files directly within the program it doesn't automatically overwrite the existing file on my site.

For example: I go "file-I-want-to-edit.html>Open With>SmartFTP" and then it opens in the window on the right-hand side. Next I make a few changes and click the Save icon but nothing happens. It doesn't update the file in my website directory. It used to be able to do this but I think one of the settings might have changed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please post the system information from the menu: help->About "System Information" dialog.

It's SmartFTP Version 4.0.1145.0

My copy paste hasn't been working lately and I've been meaning to look into the system files to fix it but, I wasn't about to type the entire System Info out by hand.
Let me know if you need any other details specifically.
