I am trying to transfer my information and accounts from a desk top to a lap top computer.
The lap top requires the 64 bit version and seems to be incompatible with the desk top version.
Using the same log in details, (address, user name and password) Smart FTP connects to the server but then refuses to accept the password. Since the password is correct, does anybody know why it is not accepted on the lap top?
