Uploaded file doesn't show

I uploaded an MP4 file to one of my folders via the SmartFTP software and it appears in that folder as I can see in SmartFTP. However, when I go to this folder through any browser, I see the whole list of files---except for this file.

I already successfully uploaded about 100 of these files, but this last behavior is recent. Nothing I upload nowadays can be accessed via a browser.

Does anyone know why, please?

Install the latest version of SmartFTP and try again
