Not connecting to host, help needed please :)

Hello everyone,

I have tried connecting to my host using smartftp but been having some problems.

I have viewed the videos on the website and googled various information but still can't seem to figure out whats wrong.

I have tried multiple times to connect to my host but every time I do I get the following error.

The information I was given was as follows:-

Webspace has been allocated for your group website. This must be used to host your Group Project web pages.

Using your preferred web publishing software, upload your website files to the group project web server entering the following information when prompted:

FTP Hostname: www.projects.mecheng.strath.ac.uk
Username: GroupX
Password: password

Please note that passwords are case sensitive, usernames are not.

Leave all other FTP connection options blank as they are not required.

I am using the FTP protocol, and using the right login information, I think I might be using the wrong host address, could someone please tell me what the correct address would be for me?

Any help would be much appreciated.
