So why won't the transfer happen?

The transfer queue is not started. Press the little blue play button in the bottom window (transfer queue).

The Transfer Queue is started and 'Pre-Transfer' flashes in the Status column for approx. 5 mins. with out the transfer ever initiating. After the 5 mins, the:
"Not a plain file. File exist check failed. File not found or permission denied." error is displayed and the transfer ststus shifts to retry in a min.

Double click the file in the transfer queue. A log window opens. Post the log from there.
