I am having continuous issues with transfers stalling on nearly every file - most of the time I get the snooze icon but sometimes it just stops and I can't even remove it from the queue without shutting smartftp down. It's been going on for some time now but getting steadily worse.
So here are the stupid questions.
1. where the heck do I find the transfer log - I can's seem to find a menu item or button anywhere for it?
2. What is the correct transfer buffer size.
3. When asked for my license key (as in forum registration) do I give the "ID" or the "signature" none of the numbers in the file I got are labeled as the "key"
Any help you can give would be appreciated.
