I've tried the tutorial, but I can't seem to connect to my work server. I have novell client on a different computer, but no longer have the software to install it on my new computer, so I'm using smartFTP.
Here's the info I know about my server, based upon my novell login:
tree: LINDEN
context: cals
server: IP address (144.x.x.x)
I've tried using the IP address as well as the host name, along with my username and password, but it always comes back with the error "A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

What am I doing wrong? do I need to enter the context or tree anywhere? should I be selecting something other than "normal ftp"?
