hello everyone, I had no problems before with smartftp using a prior webhost. since I changed into a new one getting the new ipaddress, username and pw, and a new hosting site the connection to the server fails.
How do I configure smartftp? I will really appreciate some suggestions and help. I am excited to upload the website but I am at a lost.
