ok i haved try to use smartftp and it turnes out when i use it i get this error.

now i cant acess the site and i cant use the FTP plz help.

Your software firewall is blocking SmartFTP. Add SmartFTP to the exceptions in your software firewall and antivirus product.

nope this is not my site my friend let me try it on his it work fine, but i cant connect to the site i wanna, when i try to type in the stie i wanna go to in the url the site does not load. is their somthing in the cpanal in deny ip?? please help
