I have been using SmartFTP for a number of years and have found it to be excellent but today I came across a problem that I do not understand what may be causing it. I am wondering if there is a limit to the size of file that can be downloaded.
The software goes through the process of adding the file to the transfer queue, creates the file on the local PC and then the Status changes to 'Retry at 99:99:99' and nothing else happens except that the time keeps changing when it comes around.
I have never had this problem previously, it has only just happened when a file I am trying to download exceeded 2GB.
There is nothing that indicates what the problem may be, any help will be welcome.
