Help with cannot find file.

Hi this is my first time using any ftp clients. I am trying to add a .rar file to a server i use and the admin gave me the user and password so i could upload this. so i login and everything shows up correctly i think and then i try adding a file. Well when i try adding it it says file cannot be found yet im looking at it while im trying to upload it. heres the logs.

Please get back to me as fast as possible becuase i need to get this up bye morning. Thank you for your help. Btw i removed the Server addres and ip from the logs for safety please let me know if you have any way to fix this.

You can ignore the messages you see in the remote browser log. Please check the status of your transfers in the transfer queue window at the bottom of SmartFTP. If the window is empty it means all transfers were successful.

The file is still then with operation set as copy size 33.4mb source set to my local pc desktop destination is set to the ftp page and status says retry at 12:21 am this is what it continues to say over and over and spams the logs cannot find file. I dont understand what im doing wrong i know the password and user are right cause i just went to the ftp page with my web browser and logged in. But the ftp link i was given was set up as ftp::/ styled so then i set my ftp to login at ftp.******.com
