side-by-side error in Windows 7

Hi people,

I´m from Brazil, so i`m trying to install SmartFTP in Philco Notebook with Windows 7 x64 and the installer setup runs OK, but when i try to start program, this error ocurrs:

Many times I tried to reinstall the software. What should I have to do now?

I found some error description in Windows System Event Log, please check this:
