trying making scheduled profile

Is it possible to do the below mentioned with SmartFTP ?

Make a schedule from monday to friday between 06.00 till 22.00 doing an upload each 5 minutes
FTP transfers of xml files to a remote server
After each FTP transfer the xml is moved to a folder "transfered" on the local host
