Remote browser address/password disappeared

Can anyone advise me please. When I went to open the remote browser of my websites all their addresses and login details were not there. This has happened the last twice of used SmartFTP - any ideas why please and what I can do about it?

Please look in the menu: Favorites->Quick Connect.
