Not a plain file error

I am so confused! The last two times I have tried to upload pictures I get a "not a plain file" error. These are some of the same pictures I have uploaded before with no problem. I am not doing anything differently. I just don't understand. If I try to upload again, then I get a screen to choose options. If I choose "Copy and Replace", it will upload the picture. This is fine - except that it takes twice as long to do. Help!!!

Please post the system information from the menu: Help->About "System Information" dialog.

Hope this is what you wanted!

I don't understand what this means or how to do it.

Sorry - even with the directions this is beyond me, and I don't have anyone to help me.

I guess since I'm technically challenged I don't get anymore help!

Did you take a look at the article on how to send a screenshot?

You can also try to email the screenshot to support@smartftp.com:
1. Prtn Scrn key on the keyboard
2. New Email
3. Paste image from the clipboard into the email. Right-click somewhere then select "Paste" from the context menu. Or just Ctrl+V.
