missing half of my domain names and local folders panel wont show up

missing half of my domain names and local folders panel wont show up
and i have tryed to change the layout so that it should show it.
i cant upload anything at the moment

Try to open a new local browser: menu: File->New Local Browser.

I'm not sure what you mean with "your domains"? Do you mean the favorites? You can find them in the menu: Favorites->Quick Connect.
