Connection problems

I added smartFTP to firewall exceptions, any ideas? Thanks!

An application installed on your computer is blocking SmartFTP from making a connection. Typically these are software firewalls or antivirus products. Try to add SmartFTP to the exceptions in the settings. If this doesn't work temporary disable your software firewall/antivirus product.
