Sorry I found this topic via search and I only just noticed it is in the Premium support forum, whereas I want public support. Can you move it or shall I re-post ?
I think I am having the same problem - I am trying to copy my forum files before I upgrade, and it is stuck on transferring one file in the queue. I'm very new to FTP so please can you advise as basically as possible what is happening or what I need to do?
The transfer log of the stuck file I have so far is:

It just keeps going...I have tried pausing and resuming, then deleting this file from the transfer queue (and the rest then works) but I dont know how important that file is. I tried restarting the whole process but it gets stuck at the same point.
Please help?
