ok now im in a pickle,
i have smart ftp loaded up,
I have entered details for remote web server
now in the section for remote webserver there is a folder with my domain name on it
now when i go to transfer the folder I want to this to it just says :

I tried creatinga new folder and it wouldnt allow this either.
I need to pinpoint the problem and Im not sure where to look, server files?, web server customer services?, the actual files I am trying to transfer?
also just to add note in the folder section it has following folders;
domain name
log file
web
??? Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Help
