Transfer failed

I am trying to transfer a 561 KB file from my C drive. I do this every morning (including yesterday) and have never had a problem. Today when I try to transfer the file it says the transfer is complete, but then I get a "transfer failed" message. The file that is transferred is 0 bytes. I've tried switching from passive to active without success. Here is the log:

Thanks for any help you can provide.

I get the following error even after downloading the most recent version (from the link provided above).

On a subsequent try:

Could anyone give me any advice?

Check the transfer queue window for the status of your transfer. Double click the file that is stuck in the transfer queue to get the log. Then post the log here.

Check the transfer queue window for the status of your transfer. Double click the file that is stuck in the transfer queue to get the log. Then post the log here.

When I transfer the file "Test.jpg" (160kB), I use the Upload function under the Commands tab. I select the file and it is placed in the Transfer Queue. The file uploads fine according to the Transfer Queue (it shows the number of bits transferred and the bit rate, etc on the bottom of the Transfer Queue window). Then the file disappears from the Transfer Queue. So there is no "log" to post.

The file is 0 kB on my ftp site, though.

The last time I uploaded stuff was a few days ago and it worked fine.

Do I need to re-register my program after I update it?

If the file disappears from the transfer queue it means that the transfer was successful. Try to refresh Remote Browser (use F5 or the refresh button) after the upload.

No, not if you have previously activated it with your license key.

Ok, here is a file I tried to transfer but it didn't leave the Transfer Queue. This is the log for it:

Oh man!

I'm stupid.

Ran out of bandwidth. Deleted a few files and she works like a charm.

Sorry.

Thanks for your help anyhow.
