This is what I'm getting. Any ideas on what to do?

Add SmartFTP to the exceptions in your software firewall and antivirus product.

I have my firewall off and my antivirus protection and I'm still getting this.

I get connected sometimes - but not every time.

Add SmartFTP to the exceptions in your software firewall and antivirus product and try again. As long as you cannot connect a software installed on your computer is blocking SmartFTP.
