530 Login authentication failed

Hello there,

Im new to smartFTP but im getting there. But i have this problem,

everytime i put in a username or password i get this error:

530 Login authentication failed.

Its obviously because i put in the wrong username and password but i dont know what i should be putting in?

So what username and password should i be putting in? The username and password from the forum im trying to upgrade?

Im obviously typing in the wrong username and password. I dont know what username and password to use?

Please contact your web hosting provider for the correct username/password. The web hostingn provider is the company which manages the server where takeforum.com is hosted.
