Upload to Host Gator Failed

I have been trying to upload vBulletin to my website which is hosted on Host Gator. I used SmartFTP and I thought I uploaded the "upload" folder correctly but my site is still not showing the vBulletin software.

Can anyone tell me why my files did not upload? I read in all instructions that once the upload was complete I would see this file in the ftp files for my site but I do not.

Then take a look at the transfer queue window at the bottom of SmartFTP. Have your files been transferred? Did you upload them to the correct folder on the server?
