Question about Copy URL

Hello I have one question about one function.

When I try to use function copy URL and than HTTP I got one problem.

Here is sample Copy URL and than HTTP:

I want to get link like that when I press that function. Is that possible? I have to remove (/images/public_html) from sonewhere?

Add /images/public_html to the FTP Root Folder.

I have other question:

When I use function URL and HTTP I got that link, but when you press it image doesn't show image.

How can I set that I will get link without public_html

Add /public_html to the Web Root Path.
