need help with login into a website!

After talking to some people i was directed to use smart ftp to update an already exsiting website (www.clubdeskinautique.com) that someone eles had made. when i type in the website and try to login it says this...

This is my first time using smart ftp and i am unsure what i am doing / what i am doing wrong.

if anyone could help me that would be great.

i still cannot figure out what is wrong..... does anyone eles have any ideas?
