get rid of 'under construction' cover page?

i've uploaded the 'index.html' file to the root directory

also in the root directory j-barr-dodds.com are these folders/files:
cgi-bin
error_docs
httpdocs
httpsdocs
.qmail

and the index.html

when i go to the web to see the index page, it still gives me the 'under construction' page.

when i look in the tutorial there are no other folders (cgi-bin, httpdocs, etc).. only the index.html file. these folders were there by default.

any suggestions? TIA!!!

waaa hooo! i think we might be onto somehting.. it now shows the box holders, but i am guessing i need to add the jpg files to the 'images' folder.. ok, one more question.. do i need to upload the jpg files that create the image or do i need to upload the slices that the whole image was cut up into in pshop? my guess is the slices..
