upload not working?

Hello,
I have dowloaded a file to edit (Which was done ok) I have edited the file and tried last night to upload it, its saying that it has been uploaded successfully, but yet there is no change at my site?
I have refreshed the pages deleted temp interet files etc, even tried on another pc, but there is still no change to the site page.
Please any help with this, many thanks Lance..

1. Delete the file on the server you want to replace
2. Upload the new file
3. Refresh the Remote Browser to see if the file has been successfully uploaded
4. If you see the file on the server and it has the correct size the transfer is successful

Common mistakes are:
1. File is uploaded to the wrong folder
2. Cache problem with the Internet Explorer

I tried what you suggested an the server side is showing the file i want uploaded, but still not showing on my web site, again I even tried using another pc. I am stumped lol...
