Connection failed (tried the customer support page, Firewall, ect.)

I've Tried disabling my Firewall... it's still not working.
here is the full connection code:

Add SmartFTP to the exceptions in your software firewall and antivirus product. As long as you cannot connect it means that another product installed on your computer is blocking the connection.
