Can't Get Access

Hello. Please I really need help. I'm not very good at this. I have been using FTP to set up my two sites. However, somehow I have done something wrong and now I couldn't access it. I have closed all the browers and tried to re-do all over again but nothing came up and I only get these few messages and one of it is this;

"An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host."

Would appreciate it very much if someone could tell me what is wrong and what should I do.

Hello ..

Yes you can either open a new Remote Browser through the menu: File->New Remote Browser or you can also change the password directly in your existing favorite.
