Monitor a Folder

I need an idiots guide please.

I'm using V3.0.1022.2 and wish to automatically upload the entire contents of a windows folders to my Linux system every time a new file is placed into the folder.

I can see how to monitor a single file but not the whole folder.

The concept is exactly the same for the Monitor Folder. But instead of drag&dropping a file you drag&drop the folder.
