Popup Error - Help please!

When I hit upload, a popup comes up:
Searching for existing files and folders to find possible conflicts.

There is no FTP server running on the IP address you have entered:
C:\Users\mb>ftp 208.109.132.201

Please contact your web hosting provider for the correct host name. Then go to menu: File->New Remote Browser in SmartFTP.
