Can't upload.

Hi there. I am new to this so please be patient with me. I have purchased a Freecom 450WLAN media player and I want to upload some of my music and films to it. I have downloaded SmartFTP and have it up and running. I have figured out how to connect SmartFTP to my media player and when I drag and drop files across they get added to the transfer queue. The problem that I have is that when I click start it automatically says "Retry at" then it gives a time. This then changes every 30 seconds or so. Please help me as I am at my wits end. I am running Windows Vista Ultimate SP1.

Double click the item in the transfer queue to get the log. Then post the log here.

I guess from this the server is busy but I am none the wiser!!!

Hello ..

It looks like the FTP on your media server can only handle a single connection. To workaround this problem:
1. Close all remote browsers: windows->close all
2. Stop the Transfer Queue
3. Wait 1 minute
4. Start the Transfer Queue
