Locked myself out of a folder

Hey guys

I'm in a right pickle! I was changing the chmod conditions on a folder and managed to leave the box blank and hit ok by accident... Now i cannot access the folder in any way... remove/delete anything... if I try to change the chmod again it just says access denied.

Please help, and advice appreciated

Please contact your web hosting provider for assistance. They can reset the permissions.
