I am having this issue also, using SFTP x64 v3.0.1016.13 with default configuration
Attempting to upload a compressed file, SFTP appears to complete the upload but then attempts to upload again and again going into a never ending cycle.
seems to only occur with compressed files, other file types transfer without any issue
I cannot recall this happening in v2.x
