Can't get folders view to work

I currently have the lastest download of SmartFTP from the SmartFTP website. I'm used to the view of my available folders within my server on the left hand side as shown in the screenshots view of SmartFTP called "folders". Whenever I go to "View > Panes > Folder View" it still doesn't appear. This is very frustrating due to me needing to sometimes dragging and dropping a file that I navigated to into a list of all my available folders in folder view. How do I get this back? It just simply won't appear!

Delete the registry key at:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SmartFTP

using regedit.exe

When doing that, I get an error of "Unable to delete all specified values".

Make sure you are doing this under a user account with administration privileges.

I'm the only user on this computer, and I have full administrator permissions...

Then something with your system is wrong if you are unable to delete this registry key.

using regedit.exe
