Good morning,
We are having issues with one of our directories. We are able to upload files into it, which then appear on the host server, but once we log out of SmartFTP and then log back in the files disappear. We are now receiving a 550 error message saying that the directory does not exist, but our home computer is able to open the folder and view the files uploaded into it. The following is the log of the problem:
