Application error

I have just loaded the latest edition of SmartFTP and it looks to upload correctly however when I close the the program I get this error notice " DDE Server Window: SmartFTP.exe - Application Error. The instruction at "0x59199d60" referenced memory at "0x59199d60". the memory could not be "read". Click OK to terminate the program.
Then when I check my website the changes haven't uploaded. Help!

would you mind explaining what you mean? I really am very new at this although I have been using the previous version without a problem.

I can't exlain it much better. Go to the menu. then go to help, then go about .. then to the system information dialog. then copy&paste the information here.
