smartftp not working?

my smartftp has suddenly stopped working. it was the latest and it just suddenly stopped after the flash screen comes up. i reinstalled, restarted the pc, logged on and off, sometimes i get the error message and sometimes the splash comes up, then nothing happens :S

can you change the title to "my smartftp problems" please? i have another

i cannot download certain folders/files off my server.
