Server to Server (same server) transfer nightmare

I have a basic free version of SMARTFTP and need to transfer 400 audio files from one folder on my server to another. I have tried doing it using the drag and drop featuer by opening two browsers (one for each folder) but this does nothing... the destination folder just refreshes with 0 items in it. I also tried the transfer queue feature but again nothing happens.

Any ideas????

Your servers probably do not support FXP.
