I apologise profusely for the mistakes I made on the previous posting, and I can't find any way to remove it. In fact, the more I tried, the worse it got. Maybe the moderator can remove it?
So I have started a new topic, in the hope that someone can help me.
I am absolutely at a loss as to what I should type into the relevant boxes in order to establish a smartftp connection. I have tried writing my domain name, as in:
ftp. nblibertybelle.co.uk
and also
ftp.www.nblibertybelle.co.uk
but neither of these seem to work.
Should I put the name of my domain name host, rather than the above? The tutorial shows 'myhost.com' Does that mean my domain name or my host?
Should I put ftp?
Should I put www?
I have tried every permutation I can think of but had no luck.
I have put in my username as given to me by my domain host, and my password, but I just get nowhere.
I really would appreciate some help. I've been trying for two days and got nowhere.
