Problem uploading files - please help!

Hello -
I just had to upgrade to the new version. Now when I try to edit a website page and then upload (copy and replace) it, it won't work. Can't I have the old version back? It was working fine! wah!
All whining aside, :) can someone please tell me what to do? Any/all advice would be welcome.
