Disable resume/overwrite/skip dialog?

I am heavily annoyed by the constant 'resume/overwrite/skip' dialog that pops up whenever i try to upload a file. Even when i set automatic rules through favorites the popup keeps appearing. How do i disable the dialog and just overwrite my files?
