abort button

The abort button used to go red when a transfer was taking place
Now it never goes red, but for a very short time when I do a refresh
Is this a new feature, or ....

Hello ..

As all transfers are processed through the Transfer Queue you need to abort the transfers there. To do this either stop the Transfer Queue or right click on the item/file you want to stop processing and select "Abort" from the context menu.
